SALES TAX INFORMATION: AMSOIL INC. has an established Sales Tax Rate for all states. Because AMSOIL is sometimes required to collect city, county and other taxes as well, the tax rate AMSOIL charges may be higher than just your sales tax. AMSOIL also collects any additional taxes on lubricating products required by certain states. Because AMSOIL has Dealers in every U.S. state, we are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to states that have a state sales tax.
NOTE: Freight charges are subject to sales tax in Connecticut, Georgia, Nebraska, Nevada and Wisconsin. In California, Rhode Island, Texas and Utah, excise taxes are added to the product total before figuring your sales tax.
RETURN POLICY: All unopened containers may be returned within 30 days of order, freight pre-paid, to AMSOIL INC. for a full refund of the purchase price and sales tax (shipping and handling fees are non-refundable). Call 1-800-956-5695 for instructions prior to returning any product and for any other ordering questions.
RESTRICTED ITEMS FOR AIR FREIGHT AND PARCEL POST
Aerosol spray cans, fuel additives and Engine Flush cannot be shipped via air freight or parcel post.

Return/Exchange Policy
Call 1-800-956-5695 for instructions prior to returning any product.
- Must be currently marketed products in resalable condition.
- All products in resalable condition can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price and sales tax.
- Products purchased over 30 days, but less than 90 days, may be exchanged for other products of equal or greater value, less a 20 percent restocking fee.
- Customers wishing to return products after 30 days or to exchange products after 90 days will be advised to contact their Dealer for assistance.
- Shipping and handling fees are the customer's responsibility.
- Special order items cannot be exchanged or returned.
